Talked with Roger at APS Auto sent us a bumper wrong year model will not return phone calls, or respond to emails about returning the part and charged more than what was told to credit card I would not do business with this company we are $500.00 from this company bunch of CROOKS phone #'s are not even legitimate

Roger from APS was the first to respond to my GUP request on 12/12/11. He gave me a competitive price for a new, color-matched bumper cover. I ordered the bumper the next day. When it didn't arrive in the promised 10 business days, he gave a lame excuse about not wanting the bumper damaged during holiday shipping. APS had charged the credit card by this time. The next time I called, Roger told me he would, "check with his shop," and put me on hold. Several minutes later, he simply hung up on me.
