Do not on any account use Shakati Auto Parts. They advertised that they had the part that I needed in stock, in "like new" condition for $75. That was a lie. When I called, I was told that they had a range of parts at different prices. I drove thirty miles and bought a part for $100 that on installation was found to broken in two places. They had sold me a piece of garbage. I drove all the way back and they swapped it for another part that was for an earlier model of the car and therefore did not work. I went there for a third time. You might have expected them to say sorry that I was inconvenienced, but I was told that it was my fault because they didn't force me to buy it. They refused to refund my money without deducting a charge for returning the item. This is the worst service imaginable by people who have zero respect for the customer. In summary, I was ripped off by a scam operation that lied, cheated, thieved my money and was then disrespectful. A horrible service by people who don't care about their customers.
